i have been here for 3 years, had lovely service throughout.Prices have been good and i like that they dont enforce check ups every 6 months if they dont need to, it feels less like they're trying to get money out of you. which is a worry at some dentists. i do wish they would put some interesting art on the ceiling for your eyes to wonder, during a filling.
Trying to get a refund for incorrect charge and 6 weeks later still getting nowhere fast. No returned calls when promised, no refund no anything!
Avoid, avoid avoid! Reception team speak to you in a condescending manner with no respect. It’s honestly unbelievable how you can speak to people like this and have the nerve to hang up mid conversation. Disgusting.
Recently moved to Cheltenham and needed a dentist for my wife and I as we believe in preventive dentistry for good oral health. Checked around the area and decided on this practice. The best decision we could have made. Two appointments were made for my wife and I to have one after the other. Our dentist is called Alex and he was brilliant, one of the best dentists I have had over my life time and I am 64. Brilliant patient manner which put me totally at ease straight away. Unhurried attitude to check my teeth properly and ask relevant questions regarding general and oral health, he was wonderful, and his assistant male nurse who was very attentive as well. My wife was next after me and she had the same excellent treatment Alex putting her at ease and explaining everything as well... she came out with a smile on her face saying what a lovely dental appointment that was as he was so gentle and caring. I can only recommend this practice to anyone who needs a good dentist with a marvellous patient attitude and excellent customer service with the receptionists as well.
My wife & I have been patient at this practice for around six years during which time the standards have diminished considerably.
The period between our check ups were increased from six months to every nine months and on the last few occasion our appointments have been cancelled just prior to the date.
Consequently we have had to reschedule more appointments which extends the period even more.
Originally the practice was very good & would have rated a 4/5 star rating but now I feel I am being over generous by giving it 2 stars.
Go ANYWHERE else. I’ve been waiting since August last year(10 months) to have a filling done. On and off my appointments are cancelled, and they don’t even have the decency to call to cancel. A text is sent, and then they don’t even answer the phone to rearrange. 15 minutes the phone was ringing today... 3 times! Absolutely disgraceful service from an extremely poorly ran practise. I feel for the staff who have always seemed lovely, as they clearly work for someone who refuses to work on customer service.Read More
Booked an appointment over a month ago, received a reminder. Walked in today and was told it was cancelled and that I should’ve got a text or email - nothing received. Was then offered an appointment for 24th July. Declined and have booked elsewhere for tomorrow. Do not go to this dentist!Read More
Ridiculous surgery. No concept of customer service, only one decent receptionist who’s willing to help patients - As for other staff they need re training to be polite and confirm appointment times. Made a complaint almost 3 weeks ago as advised but still no response - Do yourself a favour if you want a surgery where dentists leave and you get new ones too often and then when you ring up to re arrange your appointment to find it was going to be cancelled anyway - find a better dentist like I have!Read More

One of the few practices that were still taking in NHS patients.
Managed to get an appointment quickly, and for the subsequent necessary treatments. Although it was a tricky, deep filling, they managed it painlessly and were very considerate and professional
Waited six months for our family checkups (including the first visits for our children) only find out they were cancelled on the day despite already being confirmed by text. After three days of calling to rearrange and being promised call backs on five occasions (which haven't happened), we now find out they can't offer appointments after 5pm. Awful experience at this surgery, dentists never stay more then six months so never any continuity of care. And no concept of customer care either.Read More
